I guess it depends on who interact with here. I've read some bad reviews here but my experience was fantastic. I talked to three people during my visit and they were all very friendly and helpful.
I finally got to visit the new Ace Hardware here in my hometown. I had to buy a last minute christmas gift for my dad. A team member named Dave was very kind & extremely helpful. He helped me pick something my dad would use, & he showed me how to use it too. 10/10 will be visiting again.

Followed me as f I was going to rob them and when I asked for help I was told to fend for myself! Rude and paranoid worst customer service ever!
Bought an item at Ace in Lowell. Tried returning it to this Ace because it's closer. The manager explained that each store has discretion on what they return from other stores. He then refused to return my item.
