We interviewed this agency to replace our old agency which was doing a poor job. Mark the owner knew he was being interviewed for the quality of his agency. He seemed full of rainbows and skittles during the interview. However right prior to the switch he tells us that he doesn't want to work with us because we EXPECT our agent to do their job in a timely fashion.
We have been with Mark for years. He is very professional and always provides great service in a timely fashion. Even though we have moved away from Greenville we have kept him as our insurance agent for our home and cars. He does provide a five star service.
In my opinion this is not a good representation of what types of agency's Frankenmuth contracts to write business for them.
