Good company - I had them out a couple years ago to solve an issue with my whole-house humidifier that a local competitor couldn't fix even after 2-3 visits (ended up having to replace the thermostat/sensor) so for me, Parker & Arntz will be my first stop whenever I have a plumbing or heating problem. Steven especially is full of expert advice. Highly recommended!
Their technician arrived within the time frame we were given and was quick to diagnosis and fix our central air unit. Great customer service!
Just closed on a home containing a brand new natural gas furnace installed by Parker & Arntz. Since the old geothermal system in the house needed to be replaced, the Seller believed she made it clear to them hat she was buying the system for the new owners (us) and that Parker & Arnst would be treating us as the original owners for warranty purposes. Unfortunately that wasn't put into writing in the sales agreement. When we subsequently contacted Parker & Arnst, they declined to treat us as the 'original' owners, saying they ''just didn't do that'. Anyway, they did counter with a partial warranty on parts only. Moral of the story. If dealing with Parker & Arnst, like all companies, get your agreements in writing. If not, expect rather indifferent treatment from Parker & Arnst should an issue arise.
Nice on the phone, but they did not my hot water heater fixed properly, I question the capability of their techs.
